Guide Printer Reset

There are two different configuration pages you can print from many InfoPrint printers: a menu settings page (general information about the printer and its installed options) and a network setup page (specific network settings).  To print either of these pages, follow the steps shown in the users guide: - Press the Menu button - Scroll down to Reports - Press the check mark button - Scroll down to either Menu Settings Page or Network Setup Page - Press the check mark button

The configuration page, or printer settings list, for a Brother HL-5240 contains a lot of information.  In addition to printer and network settings, youll find the device page count and the life remaining for various consumables, including the toner and drum. To print the configuration page, press the Go button (the blue button on the top front of the printer) three times.  The configuration page, which is actually two pages long, will print out shortly.

On the Workcentre Pro 645, you cant view the machines page count on-screen, but you can see it on a printout.  To see the page count, first flip up the plastic cover that sits over the quick dial keys (there is a tab to grip on the right side of the cover).  The keys are grouped into different sections -- look for the section labeled "Reports" and press the first key in that category (labeled "Activity").  The activity report will print out, listing the number of pages printed out, the number of pages scanned in, and the current drum counter.

On an HP printer, the supplies status page shows how much toner is left in the cartridge (or in each cartridge, for a color printer) as well as possibly the life remaining for other consumables like the fuser or maintenance kit.  To print a supplies status page from the LaserJet Enterprise 500 Color M551 printer: - Press the  Home  button (the one with the house icon on it) - Scroll down until  Administration  is the highlighted choice - Press the  OK  button - Scroll down to  Reports - Press  OK -  Configuration/Status Pages  will be the highlighted choice -- press  OK - Scroll down to  Supplies Status Page - Press  OK - Scroll back up to the top of the list, to  Print - Press  OK

To print a configuration report and system status report (they print out together) from a Sharp AR-M237 copier: - Press Custom Settings - On the screen, select List Print - Select Printer Test Page - Select NIC Page

To view the page count for a Ricoh MP 6001/7001/8001/9001 series copier, press the User Tools/Counter button, then select Counter on the touch screen.

To print a configuration page on an MP C4501 or MP C5501 with printing capability: - Press the User Tools/Counter button. - Select Printer Features on the touch screen. - Select Configuration Page .

To print a configuration page (which is actually 3 pages long and includes detailed network settings, calibration data, and a system log) from a printer with a Fiery E-3200: - Press the Fiery or Fierydriven button on the printer (or access the Fiery settings however that printer is set up) - On the screen, select the Fiery tab along the top - Select Printable Info - Select Configuration - When asked to confirm, select OK

You can see the total black and color page counts for a Ricoh C550EX or C700EX right on the screen, without having to print out a config page.  To see the page counts: - Press the User Tools/Counter button. - Select Counter .

To view the page counts for a Ricoh C305 printer: - Press the User Tools/Counter button. - Select the down arrow in the lower right corner of the screen. - Select Counter .

To see the total page count for an Aficio MP 9000, 1100, or 1350, press the Counter button on the copiers operation panel.  The page count will be displayed on the screen.  If you want a printout of it, select Print Counter List and then press Start .

To print a configuration page from a Sharp AR-505 with the optional print controller installed: - Press the Print button - Select Offline on the touch screen - Select Menu - Select Print Test Page - Select Print Configuration Page If your copier doesnt have the print controller option, you wont be able to print the configuration page.

To view the page count for an MP C300 or MP C400 copier, press the User Tools/Counter button, then touch Counter .  The black & white and color counts will be displayed, but youll have to add them together to get the total count.

To view the page count for an AR-M620N copier, press and hold the Copy button.  The page count will be displayed on the screen, followed by the amount of toner left in the cartridge.

To print a configuration page from the Aficio 1515 (which includes page count, network settings, and system data): - Press the User Tools/Counter button. - Press the down arrow until Printer Features is the highlighted choice. - Press the OK button. - Press the down arrow until List/Test Print is the highlighted choice. - Press OK . - Press the down arrow until Config. Page is the highlighted choice. - Press OK .

To view the page count on screen for an Aficio 1515: - Press the User Tools/Counter button. - The first option on the screen is Counter ; press the  OK button to select it.  The counter will be displayed.
